Refund Policy
Our refund lasts 48 hours from time of purchase except for the $99 plan which has no refund offered. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund. We can apply the already paid amount as a credit to upgrade to a higher plan. We strive to make your purchase the best experience possible and deliver you the website you want to avoid any need for a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require you to contact us by email within the 48 hour time limit as proof it was within the said timeframe.
Once your email for refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
